    Kenpachi and Ichigo don’t have SEALED forms. Both of their zanpakuto start off as shikai. Kenpachi even says he CAN’T seal it no matter how hard he tries because he has too much reiatsu/spiritual pressure. I figure not having a sealed form is a sign of power.

    I figure IF Kenpachi learned the name of his zanpakuto or any of his attacks he would be even stronger (Ichigo says knowing these things increases their effectiveness by a factor of 10 or 100 or something) and if he had bankai… pretty sure Yamamoto (sp?) wouldn’t be able to say Ukitake, Shunsui (sp?) and himself are the strongest captains anymore. It would be Kenpachi, then them. And I think Aizen, Isshin and Kisuke would be in there somewhere too if still captains (Isshin was a captain, right?).

    I agree with anonymous. and to answer his question (kinda), Isshin did have what looked like the captains jacket thing tied around his arm so i’m pretty sure he was a captain.
