Dont you all get it those two new guys are EVIL! the captians the guy who blocked chads punch for the 5th espada and the other one is the 8th espada the one who renji and ishida fought.
this is why no captian knows who tested them because they werent tested Aizen pobably used his hypnosis on em, plus all of those menos coming at once isnt that strange.
the menos were a lure so the 3rd squad would get killed by the sweeper or at least make the new captian look good. the new 3rd seat/8th espada triggered it when he left to supposedly turn it off.
