But i still don’t understand why they don’t balance that power lvl between captains, vice captains and everybody else… Like, ichigo is one moment the strongest guy, but next moment there is somebody even stronger… So first he become shinigami, next, he found out that his zampaktos name is Zangetsu and by that obtained new powers like 1 lvl of zampakto and that blast of his, forgot how it’s called
next thing he does is obtaining bangkai and after that becoming hollow… What will he learn next just to be overpowered by someone… if u look some other anime like naruto you’ll see what bleach needs…
well some third and fourth seats arn’t bad And Yumichika isn’t a bad fifth seat. but the majority of shinigami in comparison to a captain are trash.
Also RelaxeD you have to keep in mind. While Ichigo becomes stronger and stronger it isn’t like everyone else is sitting on their asses. Also of coarse there will always be those who were already more powerful than him IE (Aizen, the rest of the Vazard, 3+ of the Arrancar,) Plus if Ichigo was the only person with any amount of strength what would be the point in watching a DBZ wannabe show in which everyone seems to be insanely weak in comparison to the main character and the villians so we sit here and watch everyone cower in fear as the same idiot saves the day over and over.

why is the 11th squad vice captain even a vice captain unless she has a uncontrollable power that the captain sealed or something
the reason they dont know wat shunpo is is becuase they are not shinigami in the same sense as ichigo they just protect members of the house so they dont need to train like other shinigami.

Um it’s totally clear that a bunch of the commenters don’t actually clearly understand the world of Soul Society versus that of the real world. First of all you can be born in Soul Society without being born in the real world first. That’s how the royal families stay royal most don’t adopt in like Byakuya did with Rukia. Second, only Shinigami are Shinigami. You have to go to the academy to be trained to learn Kido, Shunpo or any of the other techniques which is why though the guards are guards they don’t realize that Ichigo is using Shunpo. Sheez how can you be fans of a show and have no idea about the basis for some of the major concepts????
