The maggots nest is a detention center Urahara Kisuke is in charge of, It’s a place where dangerous people are kept, they haven’t committed any crimes but if left unchecked may harm themselves. There is no such thing as a withdrawal from the 13 squads, Either they have died or were forcibly relocated to the “maggots nest”. Hooray we get to see Kurotsuchi Mayuri in the next episode. All i have to say is that the next few episodes explain alot of things, No spoliers guys
the maggots nest is where they put all the most dangerous people. not all of them are dangerous but they keep them in there to make sure.
