   That’s 3 more down & some more to go! Now we r getting closer to knowing who Murasa really belonged to! However, what’s up with Muramasa? Is he feeding on the Gillian or is he just killing them? What was so special about ‘the one’ he was looking for ? or even the 1 that was radiating that strange pink light? I hope this Filler finishes soon so we can get back to the main arc!

   i agree with all you said jovaybleach, cant wait til these fillers are finished, also cant wait til the movie. I reckon muramasa is probly feeding on the reitsau of the gillian and the pink guy has got to be senbonsakura will maybe..
   great episode, just jumps too much from zampukto fight to the other and then back again but owel…

   I enjoy this filler but from the looks of it we still have a while to go. I’m assuming that we have plenty of fights to go in this filler considering the ending still has plenty of zanpactos we haven’t even seen yet like Sai fon’s.

   I like this filler personally probably the best filler so far.

    @Joyvaybleach, yes, i think he was feeding on the hollows…he probabley needs to feed on them to survive, for some reason, or maybe is absorbing their powers to make himself stronger. perhaps the “one” he is looking for is particularly powerful gillian, or maybe even one of the higher-ups… whats they called? the ones that look like people? (not the arrancar of course, i really doubt they will be in this arc)

    Also, why was renji and toushirou able to use their zanpaktou’s powers? I think… most likely, Renji seemed to assert his will over the zanpaktou, thereby gaining the use of it? And maybe toushirou was able to because…it didn’t know who it’s master was, and wasn’t explicitly disallowing toushirou from drawing on his powers?

    of course, all of this is speculation…so don’t go thinking its a spoiler or actualy facts…

    That hollow thing looked a lot like a vasto lorde, when toushirou was explaining the hollow classes to Ichigo when the arrancar first showed up, they showed the silhouette of a vasto lorde, seems really similiar.

    I wonder if these episodes will somehow affect the battles against ESPADAS? My logic behind it is that all shinigamis seem to become more powerful or at least more skilled after fighting their zanpaktuos. I know this is unlikely taking in consideration how the shinigamis have been defeated so far against espadas, but to me, these episodes seem to be foreshadowing something relevant. Mind commenting anyone?

    i think that maybe they will be more powerful as a result of all this, perhaps use this arc to introduce some new skill or power for one of the captains or something? or, it could be completely irrelevant, but it’s equally possible that, while not entertwining the arcs, they could use it to introduce new things.

    Like…ichigo saw how powerful his zanpaktou was, and he has been neglecting developing his zanpactou’s powers, in favor of the mask, or so it seems…perhaps now his bankai will be more powerful, now that he knows it’s full potential? and maybe there will be changes wrought in this arc that are implemented into the main arc by a different means, I.E. if ichigo’s powers are increase by this arc, maybe they will introduce it into the main arc by having his sword appear to him once more , give him a talk or help him or something. I honestly don’t know…but this arc is awsome and i can’t imagine that guy with the scythes will go unchanged, after that episode where he fought him in the forest, are they REALLY going to bring it back into the main arc without any changes at all?

    That is why hitsugaya is my favorite character. This new look into his past makes him a lot like Naruto.

    the shikai power is a shared power originating from the shinigami, in essence it is the awakenning (or if you prefer, “live” birth) of the zanpakuto, therefore it can be released as an excercise of belief in ones own strength (in essence they took ownership of their own power, forcing their reatsu to take shape).

    on the other hand the bankai is a power originating from the zanpakto, and as such can not be accessed without the zanpakuto lending its strength to its master, it then becomes even stronger as the relationship between the 2 grows and the shinigami learns to understand and master the zanpakuto’s true power).
    this is why niether ichigo or hallow ichi could use bankai, and why zangetsu can use dark bankai attacks (since the hallow ichi was using zangetsu’s power, in effect he just taught him a new move).

    dont forget ichigo was always using his shikai, like keny (who totally ignores his zanpakuto), which basicly tell you that the shikai comes from the shinigami (since even a clueless shinigami with little or even no relationship with their zanpakuto can use their shikai).
    shikai after all are formed by the power of the shinigami’s riatsu (the more they have the more impressive the blade, and if that spiritual presure changes, so to can the form of the shikai).

    Renji used kido, rangiku used teamwork, ichigo used his hollow, but toushirou used his sword’s own powers against it’self. I think this whole ep speaks of how close toushirou is to his zanpaktou, and how it is really his best friend.

    easy. renji, toushirou, ichigo, and those two girls i cant rememer their names, all have their zanpaktou back….they could help reclaim the others…with each zanpaktou reclaimed, it will add to the shinigami’s forces….. its snowball effect XD

    ofc they might do something else….like kill muramasa?? idk…but….

    @jjoosshh how on earth do you know how long their going to keep this up?

    Muramasa is looking for his “inner hollow” or some sort of counterpart hollow to himself. And has anyone entertained the theory that Muramasa may be Kenny’s zanpakto. Not one of us is aware of its powers, or better yet, have we even considered any of the earthbound shinigami. Just some food for thought.

    The reason renji and toushirou can use their sword is because the zanpakuto are born from the shinigamis soul and they were basically driven hard enough through fighting there own zanpakuto to find that inner power and use it

    Yes…well…i don’t notice any correlation between seasons and arcs…there are like 10+ seasons arn’t there? Now how many arcs have there been? I don’t think an arc is equal to a season…now maybe they would finish this filler by the end of the season, or maybe not…I mean, i don’t think that every arc so far has ended at the season…i dunno, it doesn’t seem like their doing it that way, you know what i mean? but then…what do i know? I have just been watching online, i aint been keeping up with seasons and all that stuff ^-^ (also apparently i have nothing better to do than this, because this is like the 4th time i been to this site to comment on this ep alone -.- lol…i have no life).

    i think if muramasa is kenpachi’s sword then it would be too disordered. think about it if they already no whats his swords name then i guess hes gonna start using his sword better? i think not
    also i think the vasto lorde muramasa was after was probably his orginal owner i mean he did say he killed him and he didnt say where he went.

    OMG! Toushirou’s and Hyourinmaru’s BOND is the BEST!!! they’re BOTH sooo HOT! I’m kinda curious as to how Toushirou would look like when he gets older. And their REUNION was the MOST BEAUTIFUL! thaaanks so mych for uploading!
