For the Uryuu vs Chad question for Vice-captain, it would definitely have to be Uryuu. He is faster, incredibly smart, has had his powers longer, what he does in the next episode will REALLY prove his strength, and always has a back-up plan. Chad is strong, but he just isn’t close to Uryuu and Ichigo. In episode 13(?), Uryuu and Chad fought as equals, whereas Chad has always gotten his powers after those two. even in the far future episodes (arrancar arc), Uryuu does better. Handsdown.
Neither is working fully, the Dubbed works half way through then stops, and the Subbed works until about 10 minutes before the episode is over. I waited about 15 minutes to see if it just needed some time, but neither works till the end.
