my zanpakuto is named zatana and the original form is a long thin blade with small spikes like a saw on the right side and small spikes on the top to, instead of a point. My bankai is where a rotating saw blade apears on the tip of the sword and the spikes grow larger and this huge wold with razor sharp teeth comes and attacks.
